About

Former Division I wrestler at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, 2x Fargo All-American, Missouri State Champion, and CrossFit coach with over 12 years of competitive and coaching experience. Khyler specializes in wrestling technique, on-the-mat development, strength and conditioning, and performance training for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. With a background in psychology and exercise science — plus experience as an intern strength coach at Little Rock — Khyler combines technical wrestling instruction with strength and performance programming to develop athletes physically and mentally. Whether you're a first-year wrestler building fundamentals or a varsity competitor chasing a state title, his experience from youth mats to the NCAA gives him the perspective to meet you where you are and push you to the next level. Currently coaching through private lessons, small group training, team practices, and individualized strength programs focused on improving technique, explosiveness, conditioning, confidence, and overall athletic performance for wrestlers and combat athletes.
